Randstad has been using the Competence Navigator tool to conduct feedback sessions since 2012.

For many years, Randstad has regularly used the Competence Navigator methodology and tool for processes related to the development of managers' competencies. This solution is mainly used to conduct feedback sessions using the 360 method. During this time we have conducted assessments for a total group of over 350 people employed at managerial and specialist positions.
