Recommendations introduced on 16 March for companies by the Chief Labour Inspector in the subject of conducting initial and periodic training in occupational health and safety - online training
The current situation associated with the introduction of an epidemiological situation in Poland, has forced the introduction of a number of legal changes related to the operation of enterprises including recommendations on the obligation to carry out timely training in the field of occupational safety and health.
According to the letter of 16 March 2020 from the Chief Labour Inspector Wiesław Łyszczek, it is possible to conduct OHS initial training and stand instruction in the form of self-directed learning - online (e-learning).
Since 16 March companies can conduct initial OHS training completely online (e-learning).
